How to use
GOGMA SEED predicts skill and restoration-bonus rolls for Gogma weapons in Monster Hunter Wilds. It supports Steam save analysis, known seed/counter input, and position searches from observed results.
Open the tool1. Set a seed and counters
- Open Seed identification and choose or drop your Steam
data001Slot.bin. - Run the analysis and choose a character slot. SteamID64 is optional: leaving it blank uses automatic recovery; a correct ID skips that recovery.
- The base seed, skill counter and bonus counter appear. Known values can also be entered manually.
The save is analyzed inside your browser. It is not uploaded, and game files are not modified.
2. Find the earliest matching result
For skills, choose a series skill and a group skill. The defaults are Gore Magala's Tyranny and Lord's Soul; either field can be set to Any.
For restoration bonuses, specify five bonus types and tiers, combinations such as three attack and two affinity bonuses, and a minimum EX count. Impossible combinations are rejected.
Search across 14 weapon types and 10 element/status categories for the earliest five matches. You can narrow the profiles, change the result count and search up to 10,000 future rolls. A Web Worker runs the calculation, and searches can be canceled.
3. Read the future table
| Position | Meaning |
|---|---|
| -1 | The result before the current one |
| 0 | The current result, with a shaded background |
| 1 | The next result |
| 2+ | The result that many rolls ahead |
Set this position to 0 treats that row as received; the following row becomes position 1. State after this result shows the counter after receiving the row. With a current counter of 23, receiving position 1 changes it to 24. You must perform the corresponding action in the game yourself.
The table shows 100 future results per page, up to 10,000, plus positions -1 and 0 on the first page. Compare multiple weapon/element profiles and export CSV. The five bonuses stay in one row; narrow screens can scroll horizontally.
4. Skills and bonuses advance separately
Upgrading to a Gogma weapon or rerolling its skills advances the skill counter. Either bonus-restoration mode advances the bonus counter. Advancing skills does not advance bonuses.
Weapon and element choices affect the results but share the corresponding global counter. After loading an earlier game save, analyze it again or restore the matching position in this tool.
5. Restore the same bonus layout
Same-layout restoration keeps the five bonus categories and their order, rerolling only tiers. Enter slots in the same order as the game. Reset and same-layout restoration calculate results differently but share the bonus counter.
The EX shortcut uses the selected reset layout and starts after receiving that reset result.
6. Saving and checking results
Seeds, counters, names, profiles and provisional positions are stored in this browser. Undo and restoring the saved position are available. Storage is separate for each browser, device and website origin.
Predictions have been compared against reference-engine fixed and sequential outputs. Independent in-game confirmation of skills and same-layout restoration is incomplete. Real-save validation covers one player, not all versions or players. Compare a few results with your game before relying on a long search.
Import or register Gogma weapons in Search owned weapons to compare rerolls. If results differ after an update, check the save and inputs before continuing.
7. Regular Artian (rarity 8)
Regular Artian predicts the five bonuses fixed at forging. Each weapon type has its own counter shared across attributes, separate from Gogma counters.
Enter a known counter or find the position from consecutive forges of the same weapon type, oldest first. Enter five slots in game order and select each forge's attribute. Applying a candidate starts after the final observation. Forge counters are not automatically extracted from saves.
Earliest search finds five matches among weapon types with known positions, with unordered bonus requirements. Future tables, position changes, undo, saving and CSV are available. Named seeds retain their own weapon positions.
All five slots match 29 published rarity-8 game observations for Great Sword, Lance, Bow, Heavy Bowgun and Light Bowgun. The other nine weapon types lack independent measurements. Rarities 6 and 7 are not offered.
8. Search owned weapons
Open Search owned weapons and import a save, then choose the character slot. Fully reinforced Gogma weapons are imported with current skills and five bonuses. Manual entry, editing and removal are also available. Base Artian weapons are outside this inventory view.
Select weapons and desired skills, bonus families, tiers and minimum EX count. A current match needs zero rerolls. Other results are searched from the respective counters; five weapons are ranked by combined skill and bonus reroll counts. Named seeds retain separate inventories. Import refreshes save-derived entries while preserving manual entries.
Keep-layout and reset-type restorations are compared separately. Routes mixing both methods are not searched. Gogma weapons with inherited base bonuses need a reset-type restoration first. A Worker calculates results without operating the game or changing game files.
Three weapons in one real save were compared against a separate parser and game-name metadata. Other players, versions and independent in-game display checks remain unverified.
